PREPARATION

DOUGH

  • •Mix the ingredients until it is homogenous and form into a dough then add other ingredients.
  • •Portion into 60g each then place another chunk of chocolate or toppings before baking. 
  • •Bake @ 200’c top then 170 bottom for 12 minutes, be careful not to overbake.
  • •Let it rest then serve

INCLUSIONS

  • •Chop up the chocolate into chunks then mix into the cookie batter then place a ball of Deli cheesecake inside the portioned cookie before baking.
