Mousse
  • In a blender or better yet, food processor, blend tofu and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Melt the chocolate and mix it gently into the tofu mixture.
  • Fold-in lightly the whipped Splendid.
  • Pipe into ramekins or glasses and chill.
  • Serve cold with fresh berries and/or mint leaves.
