PREPARATION

•Mix the ingredients using hook attachment, 3 mins. Slow then 8 mins. High speed or until we reach the window pane. Add Belcolade Grains until well distributed.

•Rest for 30 mins.

•Cut into 60g and roll into a ball.

•Flat and roll into a hotdog bun.

•Place in a molder. Score on top.

•Rest for about 45 mins. or until double the size.

•Brush with Sunset Glaze.


•Bake for  13-15 mins at 180°C
