Chocolate Cassava Cake

Cassava Cake Procedure

  • Prepare greased 12x16 baking pan with aluminum foil, set aside for the assembly. 
  • Mix all ingredients together. 
  • Pour 1500g of the mixture into the baking pan. 
  • Bake at 230°C for 25 minutes. 
  • After 25 minutes, take out the cassava cake and pour on the milky toppings 
  • Grate cheddar cheese on top. 
  • Bake for another 35 minutes at 230°C

Chocolate Custard Procedure

  • Heat the chocolate until melted, mix with vanilla cream, and add in chopped cacao nibs, set aside.

Milky Toppings Procedure

  • Mix Festipak and condensed milk together, set aside. Let cool it cool and pipe in the chocolate custard.
