Working Method

  • Prepare your 8-inch round baking pan, greased thinly.
  • Beat all in medium speed until well combined and smooth for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour into baking pan.
  • Pipe some Cremfil Silk Yema and use it to draw circles on the cake, like a bullseye shape. 
  • When you have finished your last ring, take a tooth-pick and draw it from the center of the cake out-wards, dragging the yema filling slightly to create a peaked effect.
  • Repeat multiple times in equal dis-tances to create a spiderweb effect.
  • Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes or until tests clean.
  • Let cool and set aside.
