Valentine’s Madeleine Cheesecake Shell

PREPARATION

RED VELVET CAKE

•Combine all the Ingredients together. Mix for 4 minutes at medium speed.

•Pipe the batter onto the madeleine mold.

•Pipe the cheesecake filling then seal with the batter.

•Bake at 190c for 10 minutes.

 

CHOCOLATE SHELL

•Melt the white chocolate add the pink colorant then mix until homogenous.

•Pipe onto the madeleine mold.

•Push the baked madeleine onto the mold with white chocolate, let it crystalize.

•Drizzle the decorate with valentines' sprinkles.
