PREPARATION

CAKE BATTER:

Using whisk attachment, mix all ingredients together except oil, for 2 mins at low speed. Shift to high speed then mix for 6 minutes, shift to low speed while  gradually adding oil then mix for another 2 minutes. Pour the batter into greased pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C (Top heat) and 150°C (Bottom heat) for 40-42 minutes
