PREPARATION

Pudding Sauce

•Mix all the ingredients except left over Pain Au Lait. Heat until sugar is dissolved.

•Cut Pain Au Lait into cubes and place in the pan with caramelized sugar.

•Pour the pudding sauce and let it rest for about 20 mins for the bread to soak.

•Slightly press and add more pudding sauce if desired.

•Bake for 30-60 mins depending on the size at 180°C with water bath.

Toppings

•Place sugar and water in a saucepan.

•In a stove with low heat, boil the sugar and water.

•Stir only when sugar started to brown.

•Stir until sugar has lumps or until light brown.

Place in a pan.
