Made with the moist, tender crumb of Tegral Satin Crème Cake, naturally sweetened with vibrant Vivafil Strawberry, and topped with light, airy Festipak whipped topping, this cake is finished with a smooth layer of Carat Coverlux White RSPO for a touch of elegance.

Cake Base:
• Fitted with a paddle attachment, Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl then mix until well incorporated.
• Transfer in an 12x16 jelly roll pan with lined parchment paper.
• Bake at 180°C for 25 mins until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
• Cut the cake with 2” rings then set aside.
Vanilla Chantilly Cream:
Whip the two Ingredients together until it reaches medium peaks
TO ASSEMBLE:
• Line a 4” rings with acetate sheets spread the cream on the sides.
• Insert 3 layers of cake into each rings while alternately filling each layer with the strawberry filling and vanilla chantilly cream.
• Seal the top with the cream.
• Pipe whipped cream on top of the cake symmetrically them fill the center with Vivafil Strawberry
• Cover the side with chocolate belt.
