Puratos Philippines Joins Bakery Fair 2023

We are excited about the comeback of face-to-face events. Bakery Fair is one of the most prestige baking exhibits in the Philippines. This year, Bakery Fair 2023 welcomes one of the biggest number of attendees for the confectionery exhibit, which happened at the World Trade Center last March 2 to 4, 2023. Great opportunity to learn as we share the latest market trends, and tips on how to reduce your cost, and introduce new products.

The crowd overflowed as demos were ready and lined up from cost-reduction, to completely replacing eggs in your bread recipes and more from our local Technical Advisors and guest Chef demonstrators. We also invited our International Technical Advisor Philippe Richard to take the main stage as he teaches how you can re-invent a classic carrot cake into the very best classic, creative, healthy, and sustainable versions.

And the audience was also the first to catch new products in action, such as the Intens Egg Replacer, which even caught a local television network’s attention and interviewed one of our Technical Advisor Kemp Cimanes.
Excited and geared to join the 3-day esteemed event, we have strategically designed and erected our booth. With the recent rebrand of the new unicorn logo and the new tagline: FOOD INNOVATION FOR GOOD, we opted to showcase a booth that tells our new story—with the corners focused on Puratos’ commitments to Better Health, Better Life, and Better Planet. We were able to exhibit our sustainability program, such as Cacao Trace.
