PROCEDURE

  • Combine all dry and wet ingredients in a mixer. Mix on low speed for 4 minutes, then switch to high speed for another 4 minutes until a smooth, elastic dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a proofing box set at 30°C and allow it to ferment for 30 minutes.
  • Then portion dough 600g each then rest for 15 minutes. Place in  loaf pan then proof for 1 hour 
  • Place each portion into a loaf pan. Proof for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
  • Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing. Add your desired fillings to serve.
