Mango Shake - Creative Mango Cake

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

MANGO MILKSHAKE

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and process it.
  • Pour on top of the Topfil Smooth Mango in the glass. 
FRUIT FILLING
  • the Topfil Smooth Mango in the bottom of the glass.
WHIPPED CREAM
  • Whip the Ambiante cream at medium speed to a stiff peak texture. 
  • Pipe the whipped cream on top of the milkshake.
ASSEMBLING
  • Pipe the Topfil Smooth Mango in a glass and put the glass in the freezer. 
  • Process the milkshake and pour it into the glass, pipe the Ambiante whipped cream on top, and add some pieces of Topfil Smooth Mango as decoration.
