Working Method

Dough
  • Mix for 5 minutes on low speed and another for 7 mins on fast speed or until gluten is formed.
  • Rest for 30 mins or until double the size.
  • Cut into 30g and roll into burger bun.
  • Rest for another 15 mins.
  • Roll to make it long. Roll into the back of the muffin mold.
  • Rest for 30-45 mins.
  • Brush with Sunset Glaze and bake for 13-15 mins or depending on the size at 180°C.

Filling
  • Break the graham crakers and place in the baked bread cup together with the marshmallows.
  • Pipe in the Carat Supercrem.
  • Decorate the top with desired Christ-mas themed décor.
